does Frwmework associate the serial numbers of each components to the account? Or how do they know if it is in warranty or out of warranty?

My guess it is like any other manufacturer. Every user replaceable part has its own serial number and they know when each part was sold.
If you have the order number the part was ordered with, it apparently makes it easier to look up their end. So if you purchase a FW second hand, try to get the original owners order number.
