I might be an idiot but what do the buttons between the expansion adapters do?
They lock the expansion cards in.
If it is Red, it means unlocked and you can easily insert/remove cards.
If no red, it means lock and it should prevent the cards falling out.
i figured it out i think. you hold it to take the cards out.
Ah, that doesn’t apply to the Laptop 13. The Laptop 16 has a “switch”-style lock, which has a red indicator that the cards are unlocked.
Yeah. I figured it out. it actually is locked by default, and the button releases the lock. just hold it down and unplug.
