What is "BOCO" mode, mentioned in Firmware update 0.0.4.1?

Update 0.0.4.1 of the system firmware mentions in its release notes “Fixed an issue that unexpected 35W CPU power limit when AMD dGPU is in BOCO mode.”.

Is this a typo of BACO? I can only find information about BACO, “Bus Active, Chip Off” on-line; nothing about “BOCO”.
