Been trying to order a main board with AI MAX 395 and 64GB but for over 2 weeks, it still says coming soon. I was hoping it is just a temporary delay but now with the DRAM volatility, not sure when it will become avaialble again. Before Christmas? Anyone has any idea?

Same here. I believe they have been out of stock for much longer than 2 weeks, since I have been waiting for over a month. Or maybe two months.
This is just mine own speculation, but the main boards with less memory just don’t have enough margin for the current memory prices. That is why those are not available, if they start making those available agian, I would not be surprised if you see a increase in price for atleast 32/64GB at first.
