I am having a lot of heat issues with my Framework 13 Intel 12th Gen running Windows 11.
I am a noob and I need a guide to install PTM7958. Is there a timeline when this page will be updated with instructions for my Framework 13 Intel 12th Gen:

I do know that I need to buy the thermal pads here for my specific laptop:

That is also the part I get confused about about buying from a 3rd party.
This item (Framework | PTM7958 Thermal Pad) mentions a thermal pad for the “CPU as well as replacement thermal pads for memory and power regulation”. If I buy this, does it come with different pre-cut sized pads?
Do I only care about replacing the CPU thermal pad? I tried looking through the forum and some people are concern about Unintentionally buying fake PTM7958. I also read PTM comes in different thicknesses.
Basically, I am somebody that needs a lot of instructions to proceed.
The thermal pads for VRM and PCH aren’t PTM. Although you can use PTM or thermal paste, the heat sink is not spring loaded to them and it might cause uneven cooling.
