New to Framework and Linux, using side by side with a MacBook Air M2 on same wifi network.
They connect to either the router, a cellular Fritz!Box 5G on the latest software (in next room, about 5m away), or a over-the-home-electric-wire-repeater (in same room, about 2m away).
The Mac stays connected but the Framework, whether Mac is on or not, repeatedly connects and disconnects according to not pattern I can discern. I can be simply surfing internet and a link doesn’t load, so I set the Framework aside for a few minutes and it’s on again.
A large part of the reason I bought a Framework was my attempts to run the same Linux distro on an older Intel MacBook Air with T2, was having so many hardware issues I could not learn about Linux, but was constantly struggling with the machine. Now I have similar with a machine that should be built for Linux.
So I’m wondering if this is a known issue for this model’s hardware or if there is some setting I should change, so that the wifi remains connected more consistently?
