Is there anyway to activate the Windows Hello from video? use any way to use an External camera to use Windows Hello?

It requires an infrared camera. Generally not something most people have just laying around ready for use.

Some external webcams have IR cameras that work with Windows Hello. I know at least some Logitech Brios do.
