I did the 12th gen upgrade yesterday (mainboard and cnc top cover). One area that I think needs to be addressed to help w/ support issues is the QR codes.
The mainboard box had a QR code on it. The CNC cover had a QR code on it.
Both of them led to invalid pages.
It just says “We’re sorry, we couldn’t find what you were looking for”.
At the very minimum - the default failure page should probably have a link to the replacement guides.
