I received F16 yesterday and when I finally set it up, but keyboard’s backlight isn’t on. I looked up on this guide to turn on but it does nothing at all. Checked out other threads that are in similar situation and used this Via website, but doesn’t work either (even though it is connected and is very responsive). Anyone had an situation when your keyboard just don’t have backlight turned on at all and fn+W or fn+Space seemingly don’t do anything? Any solution to that?
I’m on Windows 11 and I’m not using macropad (I use two spacers, one is LED matrix which is working perfectly and other one is just color shift spacer).
