hi, I have a problem running the valorant game, before the hardware upgrade which initially had 8GB RAM 3200mhz everything was running normally but when I upgraded two pieces of 4GB + 16GB RAM the speed became 2400mhz? does this affect the problems I face?
Yes, if you use slower RAM or non-matching sticks, the Intel GPUs degrade from “Intel XE” to “Intel UHD” (see here). Always make sure to use 2 sticks of identical size and speed if you want maximum performance or run games.
