Addressing Problem for Shipment

Hey Framework team!

Just picked up my box, and was chewed out by the post office for not putting my unit/box number on my shipping label. Of course I did put it in the shipping address fields, and it does show in my order status in my account.

Luckily, someone recognized my name and let FedEx drop it off, otherwise it would have held it and, I guess, contacted Framework to clarify it.

Just a heads-up for the shipping team.


That is unfortunate, and glad you were able to get the package. Could you PM me your order number so we can dig into what happened there?
