Anyone else seeing that their GPU speeds on the AMD chipsets are locked at 800mhz? I’ve rebooted, reapplied the bios 3.03, and nothing has changed it. Even reinstalled the original drivers. This more a failed piece of hardware? Btw, this was one of the first that came with the 3.02 bios.
