Q:
I have the following indication of empty battery, what is it (ILIT2901:00 222A:5539)?
The ILIT2901 is the touchscreen controller the Framework 12 uses. It doesn’t have a battery. Maybe it’s trying to display the battery level of the stylus?

Yeah, battery level of the stylus. If you put a stylus next to it, you’ll see a battery level while it’s within a few cm from the screen

Interesting behavior. Is there a stylus (control software or otherwise) paired or installed? Does it automatically come with it in the firmware package from FW?
I certainly didn’t need to do any pairing. I just took the pen which I’d previously used for a Surface and started drawing. I guess there must be some comms which establishes automagically
anyway I can hide this? I don’t really want a battery indicator for a stylus I don’t have? Its a small nitpick but seeing the indicator at the bottom of my battery page kinda bothers me.
I’ll second superboo’s request. Would be more tidy to not have the non existent stylus info if anyone knows how to achieve it.
