Boot drive no longer detected after replacing display

Recently I had to replace the display on my Framework 13 due to damage on the previous one. The display now works as expected and I experience no issues in that respect. Yet, after replacing the display and booting, I get the error “Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed”. When I am brought into boot manager, no options appear for me to boot from. For more context:

  • I am trying to boot Arch Linux off of a WD Black SN750 and there were previously no issues before replacing the display.
  • I have tried removing and reinstalling the SSD multiple times
  • I have taken out the CMOS battery to reset the mainboard
  • I have updated the BIOS to version 3.20
  • Secure Boot is off
  • USB Boot is enabled and works in UEFI shell
  • Boot section in BIOS shows no options regarding boot priority
  • I haved tried booting with Quick Boot both on and off

All of this is to no avail. Thanks in advance if anyone knows what the issue could be.
