If I am not wrong, the keyboard spacers are made of plastic, while the touchpad spacers are made of aluminium.
Since from the photos the two kinds of spacers look the same size, is it possible to mount the touchpad spacers where the keyboard ones should be?
This would be just for aesthetic reasons, to have a surface entirely made of aluminum.
