What is the best method for charging from a 12vlt source in my Camper Trailer with batteries and solar???
Still waiting on my Australian delivered 12th gen, but want to be prepared!
There are 60 watt and greater USB-PD power adapters that plug into a standard car accessory power outlet, formerly known as a cigarette lighter socket.
My car has two such outlets, one fused with a 15amp fuse, and the other with a 20amp.
Be careful which one you use.
I’ve also charged and used my framework 11th Gen with a 30 watt USB-PD power supply from a MacBook Air. Anything lower was generally only good for boosting the charge while turned off.
