Cost to Return?

I want to know how much it would cost to return FL13 (excluding damaged parts).

I’ve asked support for an estimate of (2 x shipping) + restocking fee, but they insisted that “process needs to begin to know” which I don’t know what to think of.

I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada and ordered FL13 AMD DIY lowest trim with only the expansion cards.

Any estimates(USD or CAD) or experiences are welcome.

I found myself keep using the old laptop and realized that I had a peripheral issue, not a laptop issue.

Also trying to develop touch screen apps without one wasn’t helping either, and I don’t want to try my luck and see if Framework will release a touch display anytime soon.

I will definitely visit again later time but not now.
