CPU Temp Changing Constently

I have just updated to BIOS 3.07 and noticed that my CPU is hitting 90+ at random times. And it happens on all cores randomly. Is this a known problem? I have not even loaded the CPU to 100 percent. Could it also be an issue with HWMonitor?

This is what I see every 5-10 Seconds. One core above 90.

My first guess would be that you have some background process kicking in every so often that’s really CPU heavy.
