that one directly adopts the sdio traces I guess, what I have is this one: USB Adapter for eMMC Module - PINE STORE
This should be available in other places too, only one of the connectors on the eMMC module actually has traces attached to it, the other is just for stability.
Neat apparently there is an edk2 firmware that could potentially run on this thing. It has been a long time since the last update but there was a video that was just uploaded
If this is properly adapted to this board it can make life a lot easier
