Device crash when connected to the power cable

Lately, there has been one report about a system crashing after being plugged in

I received my new FW13 AMD 2.8k DIY yesterday, assembled it per the instruction and went on to install Windows 11 Pro, the latest 24H2 version that I downloaded from Microsoft. I had purchased my own DDR5 from Crucial - 2x32gb,and my own ssd - WD SN850X 4tb. All properly recognised. It is with Windows setup that the fun began.
