Given the recent financial support of hyprland and omarchy, I don’t think I can continue to purchase or recommend framework products.
I have been an avid supporter of framework. I have a batch 2 framework 13 11th gen intel model, and I purchased two batch 1 framework laptop 16s (one 7940 and one 7840). I have followed frameworks announcements with great interest, and although I already have multiple working framework laptops that suit my needs, I was still tempted by the 12 (although I managed to hold off). I even keep the framework community open as a persistent tab on my phone and check out new posts every few days.
But I’m done. Unless framework decides to stop sponsoring DHH and the like, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
If support wants my order numbers as proof of my purchases I can send them an email, but they’re tied to this account anyway so they can probably find them.
