DIY 12th Ed. Black Screen. Led blinking after pushing power button then all off

I received two NEW same laptop models (DIY 12th Ed).
One is working ok.
The other one is not doing much.
Screen is staying black.
When I push the power button:

  • Power button led is getting on.
  • On the side, led is blinking from green to red and black
  • Power button led is geting off
    Nothing more.
    I tried :
  • to move RAM on slit 0 or 1.
  • plug battery off and on.

Any Idea ? :pleading_face:
