Does partnership with AMD mean that there won't be other GPU options?

Framework is eventually going to have Nvidia cards and Intel processors on the 16-inch. 100% guaranteed. It’s almost a stupid question to ask if they will have that of course they will.

CPUs I can imagine that’s true and almost assured but GPU… I dunno about that. It’s up to the companies. It will take a concerted time and effort to support what might be a very niche/limited product. That’s time and money, Intel possibly could consider doing it to get more press and such but unlikely.

Nvidia would be the best shot and yeah it’s not a sure thing, not at all not even by a long shot. Hopefully, they do, and the fact AMD’s partner program doesn’t prohibit this is at least one good mark in our favour.

I admire your confidence. I can see intel happening but nvidia probably not, or at least not first party. Framework is just way too small for nvidia to even look at them.

None of that has anywhere near 100% certainty though XD.
