i got the driver from alibaba i think, i think there should be a post higher up with a link to where i got the driver from.
you need to confirm with whomever selling you the driver to make sure it will work with your panel.
i took 2 tries to get the right driver, your milage migh vary.
i just googled for the pin out and some somewhere had posted a pdf with the info.

I have found places to make pcb boards, and various cnc designs. Does anyone know of the best way to make custom edp cables?
With the pins arrangements being so different, i expect one needs to design a mini circuit to adapt them, with two connectors on the board to attach the edp cables to.
