I also struggled and was frustrated with the wifi working sometimes. I did lots of digging and found there was a regression in 6.14.3 that was fixed in 6.14.8 that caused an issue with ip assignment when connecting to wifi. I recommend trying to install 6.14.8 from Fedoras testing repo and see if that fixes your issue. I forget the exact command I used but when running dnf install, there should be a way to install from a specific repo. Here is the package kernel - Fedora Packages
