Fingerprint reader broken on Framework Laptop 13

It is pressed all the time and cannot be turned on or off.
Can not push down, should replace a new one?

Hello there, if your fingerprint button is really depressed all the time, and you cannot push it down anymore, then it seems like it is broken.

I would suggest contacting support, or if you are sure that the depressed button is the only issue, then order another, unless you believe this is a warranty issue.

Thank you for your reply. In addition to not being able to press, the place in contact with the finger is also broken (I can identify the fingerprint after using the short-circuit test).
