Fn key combo mapping

I have recently noticed certain fn combos that to my knowledge are non standard:

fn + B Break
fn + K Scroll lock
fn + P Pause

I was wondering if there was a way to make my own custom fn combos, especially make an fn numpad. If not I hope they add this funtionality.

Custom combos could be possible once Framework releases the EC source:
