Framework 16 Arch Linux Suspend/Resume Performance Bug

If I start a big compile or other heavy task on my framework 16 so that the cpu ramps up over 2GHz, close the lid so that the CPU goes into suspend, and then reopen the lid so that the cpu comes out of suspend, after this process of resuming, the cpu is locked at 900MHz. The only way to get it to go back to full speed is to restart the compiler process. Something that should probably be looked at. Thanks.

Running linux kernel 6.8.8, KDE Plasma, and Power Profiles Daemon is installed and set to performance mode.

setting to power saver and back to performance mode maybe?

nope tried that
