Move 1.04 driver bundle to stable.
This is the latest driver bundle 1.04 released for Framework Laptop 13 Intel Core Ultra Series 1. We have several Intel drivers updated in this version.

Hi I tried to use the windows updater it got to Bluetooth update and then rebooted and nor more action after reboot
Seems to have worked without any issues. 
Has the Driver logic changed?
This time it didn’t downgrade any Intel Drivers I had later versions of.
@PrinzPudding @Joachim_Hoffmann I have uploaded a new package that retains the same version number but features a newer build date. None of the drivers themselves have changed. We just added a command to run the speaker calibration sequence for users purchasing the new chassis and speakers. Current users who have already deployed this version do not need to install the package again.
