Has this been posted before? The FW12 is on the cover of Germany’s Stiftung Warentest magazine this month (a nonprofit for product reviews). They have reviewed FW laptops on several occasions in the past, but I don’t think the previous models made it to front page. Grats!

TL;DR: Does the NIC speed make a difference? Yes. Cost effective? Not really.
