Framework seems outsourced the Support based on Timezone

I am just curious where the Framework Tier One Support located? It seems like that it is outsourced and always reply my email in the midnight.


Hi and welcome to the community! Framework Customer Support is a combination of internal staff in the United States and outsourced staff based in the Philippines.

We have worked very closely with our outsource partner since 2021 and the majority of the team have been with us since then, providing support for every Framework product, starting with the Framework Laptop 13 (11th Gen Intel Core).
