Talked to FedEx the Alaska hold is due to the amount of packages they received at once.

Mine has also been stuck with Clearance Delay in Anchorage since May 14th with no sign of leaving customs. I did contact support yesterday but have not heard back from them yet. The inability to get these cleared through customs in a timely manner has been really frustrating.

I’m sorry to hear that, thanks for letting us know. There isn’t much we can do at this point. Our logistics team is monitoring the shipments, we hope that it will be resolved soon.

I also called Fedex and they said the Framework needed to send a TSCA export form

Just got off the phone with Fedex, they said that they have provided customs with what they needed and now they are just waiting on them to release the packages…

Just updated FedEx’s site and I’ve gone from Clearance Delay to Delayed with an expected delivery date now update to tomorrow! First movement in 10 days and I’m so happy!

I got the same update as well, glad its finally moving. Interesting though that the location has moved to Memphis from Anchorage. I wonder if they shipped it over to the Memphis hub for processing, since things at Anchorage seem to be not work as they should.

I was just told by Fedex that they no longer have any idea when mine will arrive, and my laptop hasn’t seen any activity since yesterday. At this point I would be happy if mine arrived before June given just how disastrously my Batch 15 delivery has gone.

FedEx is telling me mine will be delivered today, however its currently showing at my Local FedEx facility but proceeds to list it as Anchorage and not here.

Yeah same here, I did call fedex today and they said it should arrive tomorrow instead. So I guess we’ll see if it actually shows up tomorrow or not. This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I have had in a while.
Package has finally started moving after more than a week. Hope it gets here tomorrow!

I got mine delivered about an hour ago, but it went from at local FedEx (luckily in my area) to delivered. Never even said it was out for delivery… Just happy its over and I have the laptop.
Mine was also just delivered today as well. Glad to finally have it delivered.
Finally got it and have been enjoying it so far. openSUSE Tumbleweed integrates surprisingly well with this laptop with a bit of configuration. I have been enjoying the benefits of Secure Boot and fingerprint login.
