[FW16] Question regarding thermal pads for ssd/ RAM

I remember , there was a a thermal pad attached to SSD in one of the reviews, is there a recommended size of thermal pads required for RAM / SSD when using with framework 16? I have purchase a sk hynix p41 for usage with the laptop.

Any recommendations from users and framework team? Is using thermal pads on SSD and RAM being ultra paranoid?

Basically install the hardware, power it on, monitor temps and worry if you start to see throttling.
