Does anyone know how to cancel a support ticket? I just placed an order for FW13 (AMD), and initially, I entered the wrong shipping address. Not realizing the address could be changed, I immediately submitted a support ticket requesting an order modification. Later, I discovered that I could change the address in the menu and promptly corrected it.
You can’t, but you can reply to the confirmation email to let them know that you resolved it.
