How do you disable Secure Boot from the BIOS?

I’m trying to boot arch linux from a USB-C flash drive, and I’m getting a ‘EFI USB Device (USB) has been blocked by the current security policy.’ message.

From what I’ve read online the suggestion is to disable Secure Boot, but it’s not obvious where to do that from the Security/Boot tabs in the BIOS.

Press F2 during boot, rather than F12.
