I think it’s pretty normal for a company in Framework’s position to avoid giving sales numbers, or if you do, not breaking down the numbers exactly. I think they’ve given some general numbers, something like “in the X figures”, which would tell you just the range, such as 6 figures being between 100,000 and 999,999.
This is because you don’t always want your competitors, and others who are not your friends, to have too much info on exactly how your sales are doing at a given time.
