I’m back, and it was definitely the AP. I got a deco XE75 PRO from a familly member to see if it would solve the issue since they didn’t need a mesh network at all, and now I get the speeds I should be getting.
This test was done on nobara 44. So I can close this topic as just a problem with the ISP provided AP. I could still try what you did suggest to do, but it will probably be at a later date. Thank you guys for the help!
