Internal Screen Not Displaying Anything

Hi, Im running a Windows 10 Fw13 11th Gen and when I boot up I’m getting an error code (shown in the video). Im not sure how to diagnose it. The keyboard and power button still light up and the fans still run just nothing being displayed. Anything helps, just really need to get it fixed. Thanks!

The video of the codes is here - Video
1xWhite, 12xgreen, 1xOrange, 2xBlue, 3xGreen, 2xBlue, and 1xGreen

Here is the Framework Support page for the issues you are describing. There is a table to error codes that you can match up to in it.

Welcome to the forum.

The title says ‘Internal Screen’ does that imply you have a monitor attached that does work?

A common option is to do a full mainboard reset and of course check the CMOS/RTC battery is working. Do you run the laptop for at least 8 hours a week plugged in to keep the ML 1220 charged ?

According to the flashes, your device passed the diagnostics, but then returned code 11000110 (0xC6 in hex).

According to this post code github page, this message is: Restore system configuration stage 2.

You could try a full reset (disconnect all power and RTC battery, etc.) as was suggested, but sadly you may have to contact support if that doesn’t work.
