Is it normal for the top edge of the trackpad module to overlap the bottom of the keyboard module? It doesn’t look or feel right. I expected it to be flush.
Yes, mine is the same.
I also think it sucks.
Framework have gone for a hard edge and it feels horrible. There is another one up by the F keys too.
Compare this to every other company in the world who have a smooth deck around the touchpad and keyboard.
I have literally filed mine down to make a bevel so there is less of a disconnect between the two surfaces and it still feels pretty awful.
