I’ve sent in 2 support tickets through the website regarding a broken screen and have received follow-up emails from each with requests for further info and images. When I send that info and images by replying to those emails, I get an email from Google in that thread regarding a issue with the google group.
How large is the email in total with the pictures attached?
Try sending only one image attached. You might be hitting an email size limit.
Thank you for the recommendation, I have emailed them a short message that is just texted and the same issue persists. The message I’m getting in all 3 cases is this:
" Hello [My Email address],
We’re writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren’t able to post:
- You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.
- The owner of the group may have removed this group.

Despite the sign off on it the email address I’m receiving this from is
“mailer-daemon@googlemail.com”
What email provider are you using to email Support?
Just Gmail
I just had an email go through using Gmail. Please verify that you’re using the correct address, and try again. Otherwise, it’s an issue with your mailbox settings.
I’ve emailed framework from a different email address and it went through. It must have been an issue in the settings of the initial google account. Thanks all for your help.
