I purchaed a framework laptop and booted it on today and there has no display. Using an HDMI I could set up the laptop and see in advanced display settings that the primary laptop display wasn’t recognized. Is there anything that can be done or is my only option to contact support?
open the laptop and check the connection. if that is all good, then yeah it’s likely a support case.
I’m not entirely sure where to check the connection? Where is the port?
