Libfprint 1.94.3 in Fedora 35, support for clearing entries from other OS?

1.94.3 release notes include:

  • goodixmoc: Return matching device print; fixes duplicate checking (#444)
  • goodixmoc: Support clearing the storage (usually unused)

It’s now on the F35 updates-testing repo. Have any brave souls tried clearing prints with it? I’ve updated and it works so far with verifying existing prints (that were registered under this same Fedora install) but I don’t dare mess with clearing anything.

You can’t clear from other distros via fprintd, afaik, you need a specific script to interact with libfprint to clear it.

Clearing from the same install, though, works fine.
