When I insert a second memory module the LED shows the error code for an issue with Memory and the Laptop doesnt boot. I swapped both modules to ensure they both work which they do. This is the kit I got “Team Group DDR4- 16GB - 3200 - CL - 22 T-CreateClass. Dual Kit”
So if you think the second slot is duff you’d best contact official support

Does it work with only a module in the second slot? So you’d know if the board is unable to handle two memory modules (at least of that type) or if the second slot is defective.
