Hi all,
Framework has sent me two labels for returning the two orders that I made. Now i have put together the two pakages however I have no clue which label goes on which box.
The label (and the instruction page that comes with it) does not mention any of my return labels. The labels mention an order# which does not match my order numbers.
What am I supposed to do?

Did you already ship the packages?
If not, couldn’t you just open them again and label it this time?
Another non-intrusive way would be to measure the weight if the packages have a significant weight difference.
If you want, you can list the items that you’re returning and we might be able to help you differentiate them.
