My system will lock up for a few seconds and then shutdown

So I’ve been getting this problem where my framework will lock up and then shutdown. It’s happened a few times and unfortunately this time the .DMP file that was produced is corrupt so all I have is the event viewer log:

The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff80753d1c340). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

The previous dmp file that I no longer have said it was a watchdog error dealing with the file SpbCx.sys which apparently has to do with the SPB controller. However, I was unable to find any such controller in device manager so I couldn’t update its driver. I have tried reinstalling all drivers in the framework package, sfc /scannow, and all the DISM checks and no problems detected so problem is still present. FYI this system has a Ryzen 7640U.

Mmmmmh seems like a very random problem linked to memory/drive corruption. If your DMP file is corrupt, verify that the RAM is good by running a memtest86 overnight, if you see PASS, also verify that your storage is well plugged in and screwed in place and that it isn’t dying with crystaldiskinfo.

Mind sending me a screenshot of crystaldiskinfo?

memtest showed no issues. sorry for the very late response. Got busy with law schoo.

but i have kept getting watchdog errors for various system-level programs. I recently updated my bios so hopefully that fixes it. I’ve also been getting HSP errors saying firmware not found. so unless you have any other suggestions, I will wait and see.
