I have had a DIY edition for about one month and have been extremely happy with it, except for one issue. The F11 key is extremely mushy. Every other key provides good tactile feedback, but the F11 key provides no resistance at all. Is there a fix for this?

I can’t imagine there is a simple fix
- either risk taking the key off to see what ails it or
- dismantle the keyboard from the inside to look
I imgaine either of the above will void the warranty so best first option is too contact support for their opinion.
