Order not showing up on account

Hi, I have placed an order for the F13 7640U laptop. I hadn’t created the account before making the purchase, and instead, just put in my email address back then. I recently created my account using the same email address, but the order doesn’t seem to show up in my Digital Purchases or Orders tab. Is there a way to put in the order ID of my order in the new account?

It might take them a bit to get back to you, as I believe they are dealing with a lot of requests at the moment.
