I currently have a 60 W power adapter. Unfortunately, it only works when the USB-C cable is pushed sideways at a pretty significant angle. I’ve tried different USB-C cables, and it for all the cables, I have to push them sideways. They also charge my laptop using different adapters. Is there a potential way to fix it or should I replace the adapter?

So you think the adapter may have misaligned contacts or it could be debris.
If you can use a magnifying glass and a fine needle you may be able to a) clean it and b) slightly realign the pins
