Powering through powerbank

I know i can charge the laptop with a powerbank, but its possible to use the powerbank to run the laptop with no battery, just the PB running like it was the laptop battery? That one in the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09N3PRJZK/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A3AOI0INZQJ8QV&th=1

yes but you would obviously be limited to the external battery capacity and since the laptop will believe its on wall power, it’ll throw efficiency out the window

Thanks for the answer, i figured something like that would happen, i just wanted to know if its possible, in case i have to power it for something urgent and didnt have a working wallpower near, even that it is not working on full power.
