I Pre-ordered the DIY-Framework laptop with an i7, and I got charged for the deposit, but there was no form of confirmation that my order had been received? The ‘my orders’ section of my account is empty, my laptop is still in my cart, and I received no email. Is this normal or is this an issue?
I preordered as well, you should have received a preorder confirmation email and I have my preorder located under “My Orders”
Send a ticket to support. Framework | Support It may take a little for them to get back to you as they’re getting a lot of emails right now, but they should be able to match your account to the email you used and help sort this out.
